Well, Sharland's are now running our very own cookery courses where we'll show you just how quick and easy this can be and help you impress family and guests alike.

Following our latest and again successful event (take a look at some of the fabulous feedback below), our COOKERY COURSES will recommence in the Autumn 2013. 

We'll demonstrate how to make two simple yet perfect curries and delicious chapatis, in one fun filled afternoon (2.30 - 5.30 pm). We will also show you how to Employ Good Housekeeping Methods & Maintain High Standards of Hygiene.

We will provide refreshments, complimentary wine and let you sample and take home these delicious meals - all you have to do is join us!

'Curry from a Yorkshire butcher? Sirloin of Beef, Rack of Lamb, Award Winning Sausages and Black Puddings are the normal fare of a traditional North of England purveyor of fine meats aren’t they?Was I in for a surprise! The curries are quick and easy to cook (with a minimum of preparation). Cheap to obtain the ingredients, and extremely satisfying to the taste buds! Keith and Angela present this introduction to the delights of the eastern palate with gusto, and obviously enjoy sharing their experience with others whilst also imparting no small amount of enthusiasm for the end product. This mini introduction to a different cultural style of cooking is exceptional value when compared to say; a full college or on-line course and has all the benefits of first-hand explanations together with the sharing of actual aromas during the cooking process.
